What one should Eat:

1.Eat a low -fat high fiber diet including plenty of raw fruits and vegetables, Legumes and root vegetables and drink fresh Vegetable juices. This help reduce the need for Insulin and also lowers the levels of fats in the blood. Fiber helps to reduce blood sugar surges. For snacks eat oat bran crackers with nut butter or fruits.

2. Supplement your diet with berries, nutritional yeast, Eggs, Cold water fish, Garlic, Kelp, Sauerkraut, Soybeans and Vegetables. Avocado’ ,walnuts,olive oil. These contains healthy fats.

3.Get your protein from Vegetable sources such as grains and legumes, Cold water Fish ,Salmon,Mackerel and Sardines.

4.Avoid Saturated Fats and simple sugars

5.Do Not take Fish Oil capsules and supplements containing large amounts of Para-aminobenzoic acid(PABA). Avoid salt and white flour products. consumptions of these products results in elevation of Blood sugars.

6.Do not take supplements containing amino acid Cysteine. This interferes with absorption of insulin by the cells.

7.Do not take large doses of Vitamin B1 and Vitamin C .Excessive amounts will inactivate Insulin. you may take these vitamins in normal doses as per recommendations.

8. If symptoms of hypoglycemia develops ,immediately consume some fruit juice or eat a

hard candy and go to Emergency room.

Foods that are Bad For you:

Avoid foods that are heavily processed or high in fat. Such as hot dogs,doughnuts,Potato chips,Pop Corn in Movie theaters,Soda, Frozen Dinners,Canned Soups and Store- bought cookies, Cookies,and Margarine.
