Stressful experiences have been shown to implicate the onset of diabetes in individuals already predisposed to develop this disease. stress in the family,workplace stress are shown as a factors for developing diabetes. Research shows that negative stressful experiences in the first 2 yrs of life may increase the risk of developing type 1 diabetes in children .Family chaos are also play a role.
Minimizing the source of stress is very helpful taking a 30 min walk every day will help reduce stress. implementing deep breathing techniques, taking some yoga classes or one can do at home by recording yoga class on PBS which comes live at 6AM. ,spending time with family, relaxing without your TV and cell phones will help reduce stress . if one is determined this can be accomplished
